In order to prepare the Hazel Cottage to the highest standards for yourselves and future guests we ask that you arrive no sooner than 4pm on the first day of your holiday, and vacate the cottage by 10am on your day of departure.

A growing number of visitors are taking advantage of Tesco Home Deliveries of food shopping to Hazel Cottage. www.tesco.com  Please ensure that your delivery will be after you have arrived or if you are delayed let us know and we will accept the delivery on your behalf.

Please advise us of any breakages, shortages or faulty equipment etc. so we can rectify them for the next visitors.

Detailed directions to Hazel Cottage will be supplied on confirmation of your booking.

Full instructions on how appliances and equipment work are provided at the cottage. We will endeavour to speak to you personally on your day of arrival so we can give you advise on the cottage and the area in general and so you can ask us any questions.

We request you phone us during the week before your arrival to confirm your travel arrangements and for us to take care of any special requirements.

We appreciate visitors who leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition. This will be reflected in the tariff for return bookings.
